Our Process and Technique
Our goal is simple: we want to help create and build your dream home. Whether it is by renovating and existing building or new construction, we undertake a three-step process to accomplish this goal.
First, we listen. By hearing you describe what you envision, we can better understand the unique and subtle aspects of the functionality in the type of home or renovation you are seeking.
Next, we assemble a team – If you don’t have an architect, we are able to offer a team approach to your project as a design-build contractor. Under this scenario, we participate in pre-construction consultation as needed to help plan and design your renovation, addition or home. When needed, we can provide support with such issues as site selection, zoning/permitting, estimating/budgeting and value engineering.
Finally, we personally undertake construction and management of the project. During this critical phase, we complete the project according to plan. We maintain close contact with you to answer your questions, address changes that you may want to consider, and keep you updated on the building schedule, over all timeline, and any other areas of interest.
